If I could advice folks on coming to this school, I would tell them to keep their job or find somewhere else to attend or even wait another year if this is the only place your were accepted. You will walk out of this school with immense debt, zero job prospects, and a low self esteem. While they professors are all nice and students are friendly, this place does nothing to help you succeed after grad school. In fact, most professors advise against professionalization like conferences and grants citing student immaturity. I am done with coursework and beginning my dissertation. I left a job to come to this school and have regretted it since. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't be fooled!
