There are numerous issues with this institution from the administration and how they interact with staff, faculty, students and their community.

First off the professors, full and part time, work hard to give students a quality education, but are hindered by the upper CCSNH and campus administration. Faculty and adjuncts are over worked, under appreciated and pay is severely disproportionate. The campus staff is greatly under appreciated and under paid. The higher up are quick to promote and increase their own wages and jobs and yet consistently make costly mistakes. Thats like rewarding bad behaviors. They apply for federal and state grants for a number of projects; however, those funds are greatly abused and their purchases from the grants go unused. The administration keeps their employees under a state fear for speaking out. Now take these facts in to consideration when attending NHTI. You and the tax payers of this fine state are better off attending a quality four year college or university. Remember, you may get what you put into your education, but remember you also get what you pay for.

Responses
responseAlthough your saying may be the truth, but the professors and others are working hard. The upper level can do their things, and if we do it right we will never have to deal with them. The grant money that we got recently was put into good use. We got robotic equipment that foster learning and appreciation from companies and other visitors. The school is actually losing money because it has dropped the tuition even lower. Maybe it has improved since your time, or maybe we are both just viewing a slice of the pie. But nevertheless, if you want to get good education, NHTI is a good pick.
