I attended Bradley in the 1980's for my freshman & sophomore years. I transferred to the University of Connecticut for my junior & senior years, then completed a masters degree at Southern Methodist University in Texas, so I've been around. My experience at Bradley was generally positive. Everyone I knew seemed to be reasonably intelligent and friendly. The Greeks were everywhere (I was in a fraternity), but back then it was easily possible to have fun and not be Greek. The professors were helpful. The campus was clean and safe. And Bradley was a nice size (not a little "college", and not a huge Big 10 school either). The only negative I can think of was that 80% of the students were from the Chicago suburbs. Since I was from out of state, I didn't know much about Chicago; but that was NOT a huge problem. Overall, I liked Bradley a lot. If you want a medium-sized, private, Midwestern school, Bradley would be a good choice (if things haven't changed too much in 30 years).
