Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I was at COD for three years which was longer than I originally anticipated. In my tenure at COD I met some really brilliant people, and some really dumb ones. Nonetheless, I feel that my time at COD was a great investment and I was able to transfer to the school of my choice (isn't that the point of COD?). Still, there is a trade off. There are clubs to get involved in, but very few will interest you, and your social life will take a hit. I for one, have made a handful of acquaintances at COD, and maybe a couple friends at the most. Most classes were easy, however experiences vary from major to major. The campus is surprisingly nice for a community college. They're just wrapping up construction at the school, and the school is a far cry from what it looked like three years ago. If you want to stay out of as much debt as possible, and can tough out some social isolation then go to COD, if you have an opportunity to go to a (good) four year school with scholarship/financial aid, what are you looking at this page for? go there!
