UDC isn't a bad school but majority of the students who attend the university are older and are using this as a stepping stone. Majority of students plan to transfer out (such as myself)so if you're coming here as an out of state applicant you may want to look elsewhere its not alot of students living on campus so you'll more than likely feel isolated. There's a lot to do in the city however but a lot of the friends you make will be commuter students so if you have other options just go somewhere else. Also the admissions process is very tedious because they're slow and tend to misplace things so please be ontop of your stuff if you decide to go here, even if its for a semester . (Like me)
