BIGGEST NOTE FOR FUTURE INQUIRERS: THEY LIE, CONTRADICT THEMSELVES, AND COST WAY TOO MUCH FOR HOW VERY LITTLE YOU GET IN RETURN. - COLLEGE IS ALREADY HARD ENOUGH, DON'T LET THIS HORRIBLE UNIVERSITY MAKE IT ANY WORSE!!!! YOU ARE WARNED!!!!!!!!

Academic Advisors- do NOT help you at all. (Don't answer questions, they don't provide you with any options to better your education/degree, etc. They just do the bare minimum to cover their own asses, but you get no where.

Bookstore- EVERY semester they lose/send my book the the incorrect location from which I had requested. Not one, not two, not even three times, which is honestly just incompetence at this point, but EVERY book order with each individual book has been lost EVERY TIME! Not to mention, the books are on average $100 for each book.

Financial Aid/Maintenance Department- Anytime you call BSU for help, which you constantly need because they are constantly messing up, they start transferring you to numerous departments. When you do finally speak to someone in the "correct department," they are belittling, arrogant, and they sound like broken records. They never factually tell you the correct information regarding your issue (which they most likely caused in the first place).

Dropping Classes- They literally give you one class session to see if you like the class or not. The teachers never do anything on the first night as far as presenting any sort of teaching style so you never actually know how they are until it's too late. By the second class, when they actually start teaching, there is a drop class fee in place with a 'W.' If you realize you will learn absolutely nothing from this incapable, idiot they are calling a professor, it's too late you have to either suck it up one more miserable semester, or you have to drop the class with an 'F.'

Parking Tickets- They LOVE to give you these!! Every time I have to go to the bookstore because they did not send me my book, I have an ugly, bright-orange parking ticket on my window. This would be completely understandable except for the fact that my parking meter is still blinking green??? That makes sense. Can they get any more money hungry?? If you try to fight it, it never works and they threaten your admission/student/school status for non-payment.
