It's official my alma mater has lost their SACS Accreditation. VI has been on a steady decline since the 90's. When I graduated in 2000, I just knew from the look of the place… What with the declining enrollment, the buildings slowly falling apart, loss of good professors, etc… That VI probably only had a few years left. 13 years later they're down to barely 500 students. It's sad and pathetic to see the current President lie and willfully deceive the few incoming students of the truth of how far gone the school is. It's time for VI to close down.
