This is a bilingual campus. Proficiency in French is very helpful when matriculating. Otherwise, the course work can be very demanding, as one is expected to become bilingual by graduation. I believe this is where some of the negative reviews are stemming from. Some monolingual students may naively believe that the French language requirements are going to be easy. They are not. Aside from the French requirement, the campus itself is quite stunning.
