The school emphasizes busy work. Lots of long papers. Faculty is friendly and well educated. Make sure you are friendly with the faculty, otherwise, nobody will give you a recommendation even if you have a 4.0 GPA

So how do you explain that I have 3 different recommendation letters and I'm only a sophomore? I didn't do anything special to get them, nor it was based on my GPA.
