This school is a profit-turning RIP-OFF. I don't know about the on-campus courses, but I STRONGLY URGE smart people who want their money's worth not to even consider this school as a fall-back. The online nutrition masters program was a joke and I withdrew after five weeks, but by then 80% of tuition was already due. I'll briefly explain how one of the courses worked in the online program: you log into discussions online once a week, answer a question or two and comment on other students' answers. There is no teaching session that takes place before the discussion questions are due, just reading you do on your own with assigned textbooks. Then there is a biweekly exam. The "professor" might outline what topics and vocabulary in the chapters to go over before you take the exam. That's it. You could buy an interactive CD-ROM study guide and administer yourself the tests instead of throwing away thousands of dollars into such a bullshit program. Student services is also very slow to respond to needs and requests. I took a chance on the online program, trying to be more open-minded and feeling reassured by the fact that it was accredited, but poor quality is not worth buying into period. COMPLETE waste of money. This is not education, this is the true definition of "diploma mill". I wouldn't take a second look at anyone who graduated with a degree from this sorry excuse for higher education.
