There is relatively no social life at Oakland University. The sports teams have little support from the student body and there are hardly ever any good parties here. The coursework is alright, but the campus itself seems condensed and spread out and dead. On weekends, most people go home or somewhere else, so there is hardly anything to do on most weekends. Most students commute, so this doesn't help, but the small amount that do live on campus are not very social.
