Think about taking the LSAT first before taking the short cut and taking MSL writing exam because it does not indicate that your writing ability will be at par when it comes to essay writing exams. The first excuse that MSL will have to fail you is that your writing is effecting your grades on your essay exams. When in fact, MSL requires you take their written essay exam as part of determination for admissions into MSL law school. Ironically, after your enrolled and taking law courses and you get C grades, they will tell you that your writing skills are affecting your grades. So, whats the purpose of taking there writing essay exam before admissions to be accepted into the law school? Well, its there easy way to say good bye after the student has already paid for the cost of time, study, books, lectures, and tuition. MSL not recommended.

The major problem with graduating from Massachusetts School of Law is finding employment. Most companies will not hire non ABA accredited graduates. Reason is, most large corporations rely upon the ABA accreditation to ensure adequate learning of the law in terms of having enough current law books etc and other requirements by the ABA. Corporations automatically send out email rejection letters to employment applicants because they did not attend an ABA accredited law school. Who would want a medical doctor to perform medical procedures on them if they did not graduate from a non medically approved medical school? Well, same reason large corporations wont hire MSL graduates because they dont have the ABA accreditation to support that fact that they were trained well in the legal field. Yes, they did and do pass the bar exam , but corporations have there policies to protect themselves by hiring ABA accredited graduates. MSL is a good law school for learning but without the ABA accreditation large corporations will not hire .
responseMASSACHUSEETS SCHOOL OF LAW IS GREAT IF THEY LIKE YOU. STUDENTS GET PROMOTED OR WASHED OUT INTENTIONALLY. YOU COULD HAVE A B AVERAGE IN COYNES CIV PRO CLASS AND GET A D. IF YOUR MOTHER TEACHES THERE YOU CAN GET A . VICTORIA DID THIS. ALSO HER FRIENDS GOT GREAT GRADES. THE WORST TEACHER THERE IS A TEACHER WHO WENT TO NIGHT SCHOOL AND NOW TEACHES THERE HOLLY VIETZKE. SHE GAVE HER CLASS MATES GREAT GRADES BUT HAMMERS OTHERS WITH C- OR D TO WASH YOU OUT.
Yes, I agree with the fact that if they like you and join the trial or appellate team then it's an easy A in the course . Dean Coyne son attends MSL and gets really good grades . Has lots of Cali Awards
2014 Bar passing rates are posted online and it does appear that Massachusetts School of Law Andover are low or perhaps the lowest of all the law schools in Massachusetts. I would seriously encourage everyone to look at the bar passing rates before enrolling in law school because you get prepared to take the bar while your in law school therefore it's best to realize how much money your going to pay for the quality of preparation for taking the bar exam.
commentI have a comparison to make between Massachusetts School of law and other law schools . First of all , other law schools prepare there students very well in taking law school exams that lead to higher bar passing rates in comparison to Massachusetts School of law . This is the reason why many students fail out of Massachusetts school of law because MSL doesn't really teach how to write for law school exams and bar exams like other law schools do . For this reason , most Massachussets School of law students are dismissed , owing lots of money in student loans without a law degree and no career as lawyer to pay back the students loans borrowed to attended law school .I would not recommend this horrible experience to anyone . My experience was horrible and I'm not happy with the lack of educational support that I was given and the way they ignored me when I asked for help to improve my writing . Now ,, I owe lots money student loans without a degree from Massachusetts School of law and without any direction or steps that I should take with my legal education. No alternative degree, no career counseling , nothing! That school took the money I paid in tuition and couldn't even give me the proper training to make an A on my law school exams . I am not happy with this law school and do not recommend it to anyone . Before paying tuition look and compare to as many law schools as possible .
responsePlease look at the bar passing rate and that may tell you what law school is best for any person to attend.
