UMT is definitely tailored to working adults and military personnel. The courses are self-paced and students are given adequate time (11 weeks) to complete their assignments and exams. The only cautionary advice I could give is that if your "plate is full" to begin with (e.g. kids, working full-time, and other commitments) then you will have to manage your time wisely to complete your studies; otherwise you will fall behind or not complete courses. UMT is a fantastic school for those that are motivated and can juggle their day-to-day lives while completing their degree.
