I have had a great experience at OLLU and only have good things to say. The faculty were willing to work with me as I had to turn in some assignments late due to work relate issues. The director was available, but I can say when I completed my associated degree I never even new the director, so it was different that you actually talked to the nursing director here at OLLU. I recommend this school all the time and Im thinking of going here for my MSN. |

Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Avoid the RN-BSN program if you graduated from a non-regional accredited nursing school. The nurse program recruiter told me that all of my nursing credits from nursing school would be accepted and transfer over toward my BSN degree, she lied. The nursing department director was all hands on at first, now she cannot return phone calls or emails, she just too busy to bother with you. I was set to graduate December 2013. I was informed by the nursing department director that I had all my credits and to get ready to walk the stage. Well, she called me 1 week before graduation and informed me that I was 2 hours short of my credits and that I would have to take a OLLU class to make up the credits, and that I could not attend a junior university because the credits had to be OLLU credits. I had to pay $1600.00 out of pocket for a class. Conveniently the nursing department director assigned an additional nursing class, and did not allow me to pick my own class. Once again, do not attend OLLU if you have graduated from a non-regionally accepted nursing school.
