First off, when I first applied to the school, admissions REALLY tricked me. Everyone seemed very nice and extremely helpful, they bragged about how nice the dorms were and how suny dorms did not compare to Monroe dorms. I was very excited and could not wait to move in. The first two weeks of school is when I realized that I have been tricked and trapped!! This school lets anyone and anything with any type of record dorm. Everyone is ghetto and has no home training. It is hard to make friends because everyone has an attitude or they either want to smoke weed, drink and steal. Secondly, Residence life is the WORST department and does absolutely nothing to help you. They all seem clueless and slow when it comes to solving your problems.Oh, and if i may add that they favor their own people (west indians). The dorms also SUCK! Unless u want to live cramped up with loud dirty people who dont give a shit about you and have no respect for you do not come to this school!!Also they will leave dishes in the sink WITH FOOD in them FOR DAYS!!! Not to mention the male security is ghetto and majority of them are perverts. The students in general are just immature, nasty, ghetto, dirty pigs!!! do your self a favor and RUN AWAY from this pathetic excuse for a "college". and most importantly, DO NOT DORM !!! I REPEAT DO NOT DORM!!!!
