If you are actually interested in working in the field of public health do not select this school. I have reached out to the department and the career services there and 3 years later I am still unemployed. They have folders for jobs but they never update them and don't have any direct connections to put your resume in front of someone that can really help you. Going to a school that does not have a concentration is an awful idea and will set you up for owing 60k. I know people that are employed but they are not making as much as you would expect. Probably 35k-40k.

In addition to this, this program seems to have a high turn over. Half the professors that I had are now gone. Seems like they sniffed this place for what it really is, a stepping stone for kids that don't want to go to a post-bac program because they did well in college but did not do good enough to get into med school on their own so they come through this program to get a masters to make it seem like they care about the underserved, use that for me school, and get in. For the public health professional, this is not the way to go. The things we learned you could've read on any news site.
