Education is ALWAYS what you make of it. When I attended MIAT there was plenty of students who didn't try too much, they still passed, but they were carried by the ones who did try. Most of them finished only never to get their A&P License. You can pay all the money you want for schooling but in the end it's your initiative that determines your success in life. Even with a degree, certificate or diploma; nothing is handed to you. I tried to use the career services at MIAT but they didn't help me at all. I felt upset about that. But if you want things done right you have to do it yourself. So as far as them finding you a job… don't count on it. But as far as them preparing you for the A&P test, they provide you with everything you'll need. Including very amazing instructors dedicated to your success. Just be sure to stay away from the negative people. They'll just try to bring you down.
