Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
I'm not one to write reviews unless it made a very good or very bad impression on me and my life. I went to this school because for some reason, it has a good reputation as a good nursing program in Nashville. Maybe it was at one point years ago, but it is not anymore. Do not be fooled. The faculty is despicable. They are out to make you fail. You may know the content, and well but they try to stump you and weed out weaklings… even if you are not. During clinicals, one instructor even slapped the hand of a student… in front of a patient! How unprofessional is that? Another thing is that students were told not to come to the professors with questions. They must first look it up themselves, then ask another student, and only after can you ask a question. It is ridiculous how much money you spend at this school to get a subpar education. There are better schools in Nashville that cost less and surely, you would get treated better than you do at this school. Something fishy is going on if at the end of the semester, the large majority of the class that hasn't already dropped out is barely hanging on by a 77.5. The worst part is that students know the content… they study all day and sometimes most of the night only to be knocked in the head by these terrible instructors. They have no heart for teaching and should not work there. Nursing itself is hard but the faculty here make it impossible to get a degree.
