The administration at the University of Toledo is unhelpful and communicates poorly from one department to another. After speaking with my adviser, I was told the only way to apply for graduation was onlne. I then went to the Student Services department and was able to apply in person via a paper application. I had many problems with the financial aid office, the office of the registrar, and the admissions office. Also, the students who are employed as appoinment setters and answer the phones for the undergraduate admissions office are rude and unhelpful. There was never a direct answer to my questions and I was always sent to someone else.
