DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. The money you save by going here is not worth the career you will ruin. This is a blackhole for students. Most of the kids who go where belong in jail, not a college campus. Take a campus tour by yourself, instead of with one of the reps, you'll know what I mean. There is grafiti in the bathrooms. Some students will on purpose clog up toilets as pranks. I've had friends get randomly beat up at parking lots. I had one of my friends have her laptop robbed from her desk at the library while she was sitting there. Had another friend have his phone snatched from his hand while he waiting in line at Starbucks. My car was broken into while it was parked near campus and I had another friend have his car stolen from a university lot(!). It's simply unsafe to go to school here and I cannot exaggerate that.

The police do not do anything! At all! Most of them are fat as fuck. I couldn't imagine they could do much if they did find the people responsible. When my car was broken into, I called the cops. They came and one of them told me

Can't you see that there is a ghetto right there? Why would you park here?

That was the actual line the cop told me.

The education is absolutely mediocre. Your overall options are EXTREMELY limited unless you plan on working in the auto industry or attend med school. The career fairs are only made up in-state auto companies, which, like I said, if you're not into, you're out of luck.

Student Life? Forget about it. Its thug life here. The most packed buildings in the school are the gym, where people it seems like lift all day long, the student center, where people eat McDonalds all day long, and the library where people gossip all day long. Literally, that's about all Wayne State "students" are good for. Classes are super easy so no one really studies. They have no aspirations of doing anything special with their life. They just wanna chill. Not even drink and party. Just sit there and gossip about shit.
