She cares more about Friendliness than the average student.
Date: Sep 13 2014
Major: Design Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc (This Major's Salary over time)
One instructor belittled a student in front of the entire class two days in a row, insinuating that the student was a baby, because she voiced a concern about the rude manor in which he
constructively criticized
her work in front of the class earlier that day. The instructor was in fact rude in the critique and several people in the class noticed.

Another incident occurred with an instructor who made a derogatory remark about the military while a students brother was in Afghanistan, she stood up for the military and he was rude to her the entire semester following the event. He assigned her a partner who never showed up or contacted her or responded to her emails, and told her she had to work with her partner or she would fail the assignment. He also put one of her projects on the wall with four other projects and told the class the reasons why the five projects were the best - she ended up with a "C" on the project while a girl whose project didn't make the top five got an "A".

During a final critique one of the instructors brought her three year old and ignored him the entire time. The child was running around, screaming, and touching the projects. One of the students got up to watch her kid, because he felt like someone should. When the issue was brought to the head of the department, the student was told (by the head of the department) "It doesn't matter".
