EVERY SINGLE TIME I try calling the Leesburg campus, it either keeps ringing and then goes to voicemail, or I will be told that they can't help me through the phone and I have to go to the campus. Meanwhile, I call the Clermont location and not only do they answer their phones right away, but they are able to help me on the phone. The final straw for me, however, was the fact that I applied and got accepted SIX MONTHS AGO in June and just found out yesterday that the Leesburg location NEVER registered my official transcripts! They are completely unprofessional and unhelpful and do not care about the students STAY AWAY!
