She cares more about Social Life than the average student.

This is my third year in this university and I must admit, the academics here really are top notch. The professors here are incredibly friendly and I always feel challenged. I just can't disregard how extremely isolating it can get here. The student body is indeed book smart, but they are generally awkward. The social life here is terrible and people can't seem to talk about anything other than academics (which I don't mind talking about to a certain extent). If you plan on making friends with anyone here be prepared to feel forced to meet their incredibly high expectations of you. If you choose to try and befriend some people here prepare to live the rest of your academic career pretending to be someone you're not. The benefits of being in such a small school is the individualized attention that you can get from teachers and ta's. The downsides, you literally see the same people all the time. And don't be fooled people here are always judging you. This school specializes in passive aggressiveness. I seriously can't wait to get out of here.

commentI can't even believe how false this statement is. Between Greek life (which is not recognized), the Mods, Ziv, house parties, athlete parties, and Boston, it is fairly absurd that someone can say the school is isolated with nothing to do. Think about it, if the person writing this is 21 and is not using Boston which is readily available, maybe its not the school that is the problem…
