Penn State University is somewhat expensive, in my opinion. The quality of education seems to be good so far. I don't really have anything negative to say aside from one interaction with a staff member but otherwise has been a good experience. Overall PSU, so far, appears to be a decent choice. Then again it all depends which field you're in. However, this could be said for any university.
