Personally, if I weren't an equestrian student (or if you're planning to go into sign language), I would not stay here. It's overpriced, far away, and there isn't a whole lot to do here unless you can drive 20+ miles. You HAVE to have a meal plan unless you live off campus, which you can't do unless you're married, have a kid, are a 5th year senior, parents live close, or essentially your name is drawn out of a hat. Where in other universities there are things you can do to keep the cost down, that isn't the case here. Again, the equestrian and ASL program is the best you'll find. If that's your major, get over here! If not, personally I'd look elsewhere.
