Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Not really sure what the other reviewers are talking about. This is my 3rd year here, and I absolutely love it here. I'm trying to my bachelor of science degree in nursing and the teachers here are very helpful and care about their students' well-beings. Many of the negative reviews say that the teachers don't challenge their students, but I feel that it's the complete opposite. I guess it might be different for other majors. If you do plan on going to Ramapo for nursing, be prepared to study a lot. Also, the clinicals are really long, but it's worth it in the long run since you get a lot of experience. Overall the campus is very beautiful and it has a wonderful view of the mountains. Be prepared for a lot of snow during the winter though! The food is decent, not as bad as other universities. Only thing I would say could be a negative is that it isn't a party school by any means. People do leave during the weekends making it a suitcase school but that doesn't mean there isn't anything to do. Ramapo has tons of clubs to keep yourself busy.
