Hartwick College was a huge let down for me. It was not my first choice school but I was still optimistic. After my first year there I realized that it is the complete opposite of what you would expect from a college experience. Classes were not challenging and for me personally did not offer any sort of real life or marketable job skills. Also like many others have mentioned it is very cliquey and students are pretty apathic to their school work and career ambitions. Like so many others, I decided to transfer. Going to Hartwick was a huge mistake and I would recommend thinking twice before attending.
