Honestly, this school only exists because people come here to play sports. Everybody is an athlete, and that's where the money comes from. The school is very overpriced for what they have to 'offer'. It is almost like a Highschool where people just live on campus. Nothing happens on campus, it is literally so boring, coming from someone that actually participated in events and partied—people aren't even ever outside. The Student Activities people have to beg for students to come out to events and get involved. People that live in Greensboro don't even know what Greensboro College is and it is kind of embarrassing; the community college i went to was bigger, more well-known, and waay more fun than this. So many people left after first semester because it wasn't really a "college" experience—it was just lame. The school is not absolutely terrible, it is just flawed like every institution. If you want to graduate from a mediocre school that is just content with the way it is, then this school is perfect for you. My review is not biased, and i have no specific reason for my negative review, i was just a student here that did not seem to recognize my experience as outstanding in any aspect.
