There are no graduate facilities, College of Engineering takes majority of resesrch funds from students grants but offers no grants or grant support . There are no facilities office space or labs generally available for PhD, PhD are commonly pushed out for new masters, have to compete for scarce funding with new masters students.. 3 years with no office or cubicle and zero ga, ta or ra funding, 4.0 with 5 publications per year, top honors , and left to fend for myself, pitiful support, 50% of new grad students quit within first semester or two, all we get are promises it will get better, no signs in almost 4 years.. thus is a management problem not faculty, they suffer same treatment…
