There are a lot of bad reviews on here about UNCW, but I love going to school here. A lot of people have complained about how close minded the people are here, but this is not necessarily true. As a gay individual who stands out more so than others, I do not feel judged or unwanted here. I am only a freshman, however, I have enjoyed my time here so far. The teachers are great and actually care about you, the students are nice and kind, and everything else about this school makes me glad that I chose it over UNC, ASU, and Elon.
