Fort Lewis is called Fort Leisure for a reason. If you are looking to actually be challenged, go elsewhere. The courses are extremely easy, and I feel like my high school classes were harder. The people in my classes do not seem to be very bright.. The dorms are unbelievably shitty and over-priced. The food is not good at all. The only good things, in my opinion, are the size and the friendliness of the faculty. I feel like the professors are extremely smart but have to dumb down their curriculum and standards because the students aren't. You can really tell just from sitting in class that they accept 90% of anyone who applies. If you can't get in anywhere else, then fine, it's not the worst school. But if you want a really good education at a school with a good reputation that will offer you connections for grad-school then this isn't the place for you.
