Dear High School Students,Don't waste your parents hard-earned money going to Iona College. I transferred out after one semester. Iona is not worth taking loans out to attend, and it's definitely not worth going into debt to attend a mediocre college like Iona.Choose a college that is highly ranked, and choose a major that you will be able to get a good paying job when you graduate.Iona College definitely can't "Move The World" - because it is so poorly managed. Very few people in academic support centers care about the students well-being. The Basketball team is winning -that's where the money is - in the sports programs - Men's basketball. Academically - Iona is just not up to par. I was disappointed in the college all around, but I'm gone, and enrolled in a college - that offers quality and cares about the students enrolled.
