What are you doing that earns 6 figures? I graduated in 2003 with IBL degree and haven’t broken $55K as a purchasing agent. Degree seems all but useless in the field. |
Response 6 years later: Junior Supply Officer (JSO) for Military Sealift Command. Now a Supply Officer. Tough job, a lot can't make it past 3 or 4 years (other Academies hire in as JSO too). Expect 120K - 160K depending on where they send you. |
This is an absolute shot in the dark, but would you be able/willing to talk about your experience as JSO/SUPPO?I'm a current IBL at MMA, and I'm looking at the JSO role at MSC after graduation, but it's been a bit difficult to collect information on the company and the role. Any information/insight on your experience you can provide would be greatly appreciated. |
Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
Tell you what, this place is not a fun place to be at. But the job placement is insane! I'm part of the IBL program and I just accepted a job a month before graduation making 6 figures. Do the 4 years here, it is worth it for sure. Time to go make some monnnaaaay.
