The staff at UA are absolutely clueless. They seem to be undereducated local Alabama people. No one knows what the HELL is going on and they are not clear about academic policies or transfer policies. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I will stay at my NORTHERN SCHOOL, where people can find their way out of a paper bag. LOL.

I agree! They are vague when you ask questions and just keep repeating, "send in an application and your grades." And you CANNOT understand them on the phone, with that accent!

That is so true lol! I am a senior in high school, applied to UA, and I already have bad history with the staff.

You CANNOT trust information that they give you at UA. Besides, unless you're going to live in AL, I would go north to school. UGA is a much better school and of course Clemson, UNC, UVA. I'd get out of the Deep South for education! And by the way, beauty must be in the eye of the beholder. The UA campus may be pretty for that region, but it is in an unattractive flat region. Even NC State is prettier - and it's not pretty compared to other NC schools.
