HACC is broken up into 5 or 6 locations in a few somewhat close counties. Things do vary, from the well manicured and college looking main campus to the converted industrial buildings of the York and Midtown locations. There are very few trades based options in the area making this a good choice for flexibility for those working that 9-5 while in school or those saving a few dollars before transferring. In a different situation I would have selected Millersville over HACC. But if you want to take a few credits and transfer to save money this is a great choice and is affordable, thus the lack of frills.
