I'm an online student. Student support is TERRIBLE. They are extremely vague in their answers to your questions. My academic advisor suggested that I transfer when I expressed criticism of the program. They speak condescendingly, and field placement advisors do not have the intellectual capacity to solve simple problems. They don't even know what they're doing half the time. There are arbitrary rules without explanation.

Now for the professors. Horrible. Some of them make up for their lack of knowledge by giving you grades you didn't have to work for. You will not find a top notch professor here because they know this program is worthless. The professors are probably getting pathetic salaries, because they sure aren't putting in the work to earn anything. Synchronous sessions are a joke. You sit around talking about your opinion, some students suck up to the teacher big time without adding anything to the conversation. "I learned so much from this weeks work!" Gag.
