Hello, my name is Jack Blackwell, and I am a freshman at Buchholz high school in Gainesville, Florida. The University of Tennessee is where I want to go to college the most, it always has been and I was wondering if I could get some advice on what grades I should be making, what I should aim for on my SAT/ACT, etc. Any other information would be greatly appreciated, please reply back. Thanks! Best regards, Jack Blackwell |

Jack, It depends on the Major. For Engineering programs, it's a very simple equation (which they publish on their site by the way), take your GPA x 10, then add your ACT score, and if it's over 60 then you are likely to get in. The beauty of Tennessee is that it's one of the fastest schols I've seen at getting you a decision. Good luck! |
Major: Nuclear Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
I cannot imagine being any happier with a school than I am right now. In short, I love this place. I love it so much I'm staying for the Summer. I love the academics, the campus vibe, the school spirit, the location, the extracurriculars, I really can't complain about anything. Four years will go quickly here, I can't believe year 1 is almost done.
