Major: Math (This Major's Salary over time)
I was at a low point in my life and students would deliberately look down when I walked by. It was cruel. Even teachers and my "friends" at the time did this to me. I felt so belittled. I was also taken advantage of by students and teachers because I make an effort to be a nice person and treat people equally. The only real lesson I learned here that mattered was how cruel people can be to someone with good intentions. The people in the Phi Theta Kappa "honor" society were corrupt and I wish I had told on them because these losers tried to take serious advantage of me. How sad that people love themselves so little that they feel the need to put down an innocent person, but I know without a doubt that they will get what they deserve for their cruelty. Always be aware that people who seem to have good intentions can easily turn on you when you are down no matter who they are.
