Distance learning students are considered half-time, always. Enrolled in 13 credit hours? Half-time status. Don't expect much financial aid. I couldn't pay for my semester and had to leave the university because the rug was pulled out from under me two days before payment was due. There are better universities for distance learning, I've learned the hard way.
