Major: Industrial Operations Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
I began at Farmingdale back in 2001 in the Facility Management program because I had aspirations of becoming a leader in that field. Unfortunately, I realized after graduation that obtaining a position in that field is incredibly difficult unless you are already working in that field. Most of the students I attended classes with were older than me and already had the work experience but lacked the education. There should have been some kind of a work/study program for students who don't work in the field but need the experience.
