Major: Undecided (This Major's Salary over time)
To be honest, most students here don't even care about academics. The only ones who do and actually came here to get an education are the ones in tough majors such as majors in the college of engineering and pre-med majors such as Bio, Neuroscience, and Chem. The rest of the students (the majority) come here so they can spend most of their time hanging out, smoking weed, partying, get drunk, etc and even though they don't get top grades they still pass (because they tend to majoring in something so damn easy that even a monkey can pass), and passing is the only thing that matters to them academic wise even though they don't learn shit. So if you aren't coming to UVM for a tough major and want to be surrounded by openmined and hardworking kids who actually care about success, then I'd suggest you find another school. I can transferring to a school where kids party but still find time to care about their schoolwork. And believe me, it's great to have fun once in a while but the majority of the kids here do it 24/7 which is unnecessary. My notion is Work Hard, Play Hard, which doesn't apply to the kids in this school.
