If you loved Jurassic Park you will love the prehistoric teaching method employed at this University. You would think the Sociology department would be ahead in the field of teaching methods but they perpetuate the status Que just like every other department. Furthermore, the student disability service, makes it impossible to get in! The Disability service requires you to take a new test if your old test is over four years old. The new test cost 1800 dollars. The problem with this is that this policy goes against the International Disabilities Associations guidelines. It goes against the guidelines because retesting results in only 7% of people being found to be in the developmental disabilities category, while the 93% who are already disenfranchised by society must pay more for not fitting into the system. I hate this school, i tell my students to go to Carlton University!
