As a minority who is not wealthy and here on scholarship, all I have to say is Elon is not welcoming to non white upper class people. The university makes such an effort to make it an inclusive place for minorities, but the students are not willing to match their effort. Greek life is very bias and not welcoming to those not like them. I love the academics, but the students are another story. Many students are not like this, but the majority I find to be like this. You may find your niche here, but it is difficult when the surrounding atmosphere is one with this kind of feeling. view full review→Feb 19 2015
