This school has a fairly negative reputation in the industry. The few alumni encountered are pretty bitter towards the school and rightfully so. All the years I attended I had higher GPA, was involved in more clubs, contributed to my department beyond most other students, cared about my education more than most students at this school and was self employed to pay for it yet the prejudice scholarship department awarded scholarships to drastically sub-par students that were NOT white males. This has nothing to do with department scholarships, as those are based on merit. This involves the school scholarship board. If you are a high achieving white male student, please do yourself a favor and avoid this racist, sexist, discriminatory school. You will be passed up by anyone that isn't male and white for scholarships. DO NOT GIVE BACK TO THIS SCHOOL! They seriously do not care. I have proof too: the scholarship applications from an under-achieving white female and an exemplary white male, one of the highest GPAs on campus… guess who got the scholarships. Stay away from this hillbilly college.
