Housing at this school is horrendous. They cram everyone into every little space they can and it's clear they care more about making money off us than giving us a comfortable living space. If you want to have a room to yourself, especially before senior year, forget about it. You won't get it. There are a few wonderful professors, but they're few and far between and generally, my high school teachers were better than the professors here. I expected much higher quality with what I'm paying to go here. A small subset of students are incredibly hateful and make anyone who isn't straight, white, and male feel very uncomfortable. It is quite clear that Gettysburg only wants your money. You do not get what you pay for here. Go elsewhere.
