Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
The semester started in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey therefore we were behind from the start. There were many technical issues with blackboard in two classes. I tend to think the bulk of those issues were due to instructor error. The semester work was accelerated to accommodation ridiculous timelines of catching up. Most students in these two classes were overwhelmed. In addition the "dual credit" students of high school age are not ready to be put in classes with those of college age. They are rude and really not interested in learning. They waste my time with giggling and talking when they should be paying attention and learning.
