Just as most schools in top or all of them, your classmates will be unhelpful and force you to reinvent the wheel, not accelerate your learning. Some will play dumb and tell you the wheel doesn't exist and that they can fly. You're basically on your own. Don't depend on your classmates to tell you what's the latest. Unless you went to a high school where grades were given helpfully so you'd know your major coming into college, you're going to have a bad time.
