TSU is unorganized. Employees in the Financial Aid department, Registrar's office, and Student Accounting are not helpful and they are extremely unprofessional. If you choose to attend TSU, make sure you ask questions and fact check any information that is communicated to you. Monitor your financial aid funds because it's extremely difficult to acquire campus funding. TSU is not a university that put students first nor does TSU care about students being successful in obtaining a degree.
