Financial Aid dept is horrible. Outdated forms, and they take your aid without warning if you overload units and then tell you that you missed the appeal date. Absolutely unhelpful and antiquated in their accessibility to forms and reaching a live contact person. The teachers in the CIM program are pretty awful but the worst one just left. Changes assignments from whats on the syllabus without warning and will do anything and everything to avoid helping online students. Just awful. Can't wait to be done and I see why their completion rate is low. I feel totally unprepared for the CTR exam and regret that this was the school I had to attend.

I agree in some cases. But I can say that teachers are always ready to help if students are motivated. I always try to find the necessary information using different resources, such as https://writix.co.uk/pay-for-essay or other article databases. In some cases, it's more convenient to pay for an essay than write on your own. And, If I can't find any material, I go to a lecturer for advice.
