Major: Finance (This Major's Salary over time)
So…this is an interesting school for my major. I expected to learn something, maybe have video lectures from professors, maybe even have assignments related to the textbook…but that didn't happen.

First, 90% of my courses didn't even have lectures or textbooks. Lower level business courses used articles from places like Investopedia. Upper level Finance courses usually use links to journal articles or YouTube videos. Then, the discussion questions usually only relate to one resource. You just have to find that resource and you're good to go for the week. The essays are kinda weird as well. Every class has four "projects" which must be completed, one every two weeks. These projects never have anything to do with the work in those two weeks. You just have to google as much crap as you can and spew it at the paper. As long as your writing makes basic sense and it's in APA format you'll get an A. Just write random things that meander around an answer to the question. The faculty probably won't read it very hard. For several projects I have received someone else's graded papers.

Just follow along and write strictly to the prompt. The material may seem daunting, but the work has little to do with it. Just answer every part of the question in some way and you'll get an A. I have two classes left for a BS in Finance and haven't learned a damn thing. But I have written hundreds of pages about Finance. This may be good or bad, depending what you're looking for. I just want to finish my degree, I don't work in Finance. So overall I'm fine with it.
